Immuno-fluorescence fully automated processors

Processors for Immuno-Fluorescence Assays on slides

IFA open system, table top processors with single washable needle pipetting unit. The instruments can process in the same time up to 20 different IFA tests. Up to 30 spots can be set and programmed on each slide. Teknolabo manufactures two different models able to process different type of slides in the same time. Both dilution and serial dilution are supported by these instruments. A particular system projected by TKA allows the rotation of the slides in the washing and drying phases, thus poviding noticeable process time saving, and making these operation continuous. Each unit provides three washing buffer tanks, a tank dedicated to system fluid and a waste tank for exhausted liquid catching. Each tank is supplied with a level sensor and an acoustic alarm to sense liquid level.

IFA and ELISA/EIA hybrid processors

Table top open system ELISA/IFA processors with single washable needle pipetting unit. Main features as ELISA analyzer: the systems can process in the same time two different micro-plates. The analyzer integrates the incubation and shaking unit with two independent incubators and shakers singly programmable. The system provides an integrated reader and washer. The two models can handle up to 12 ELISA protocols per work session. Main features as IFA processor: the systems can work with different type of slides in the same run and process up to 20 IFA assays per session with 30 spots configurable for each slide. Both dilution and serial dilution can be implemented on the machine.
